ACCESS MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE 24/7
According to the American Psychological Association, “Therapy help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives.” 7 Cups is an on-demand emotional health and well-being service. Its bridging technology anonymously & securely connects real people to real listeners, or therapists, in one-on-one chat sessions. This service is free for UoN students for helping them to see the glass as half full instead of half empty. We thank UoN, Changemaker Hub and SU for caring us by agreeing to buy University package from 7 cups.

ACT FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
One Good Deed A Day - Makes You Happy Right Away
Share Your Good Deeds With All
Mental health is also gained like physical health, that's why we call it a mind-training. Research shows that consistent and proper training on mind everyday helps us to lead happy life. With our unique idea of merits blog, we urge you to perform at least one good deed every day and share it with the world. This ritual can prove life-changing, not only for you but to the society as well.
EDUCATE ON
MENTAL HEALTH
Research shows that we learn more by watching true stories and listening to the real people. As such, we are motivated to spread awareness by providing online education on mental health via our YouTube channel. Click below to watch learning videos or true stories of living people. If you wish your experience/thoughts to be published - send us a video at 'meditation.society@northampton.ac.uk' and we will upload it for you because you are valuable to all of us.
